Returned Goods

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days from date of purchase provided it is in pristine condition in it's unopened original packaging. You will be wholly responsible for the cost of delivery and safe return of the goods. Goods received back incomplete or in a damaged or used condition will be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to you.

Faulty on Arrival

All goods are new and unused, however in the unlikely event that goods are found to be faulty on arrival you should contact us straightaway. You will be asked to return the item together with a description of the fault. Once the faulty item has been received and the fault verified you will be given the option of a replacement (a new item, if in stock) or a full refund (including your postage costs).
