The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on on30trains.co.uk web site. The use and placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Description of goodsProduct descriptions are to the best of our knowledge true and correct.
Payment and priceThe total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order.
Typographical errorsIn the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price.
Payment methodsWe accept PayPal payment and through PayPal's secure server all major credit and debit cards. Your order will be processed once authorisation from PayPal has been received (usually within minutes).
Availability of goodsProducts will only be displayed on the website if they are in stock. If subsequently we do not supply the goods for any reason we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery ChargesAll prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges. A standard delivery charge is added to each order at the checkout stage. Delivery prices quoted are for the UK, Europe and the Rest of the World.
Delivery TimesWe pride ourselves on good customer service and aim to post items ordered and paid for before 4pm (Mon-Fri) the same day, either 2nd class recorded (up to 1kg) and 1st class recorded (over 1kg), otherwise our target is to post the goods the next working day. Please allow up to 3 business days for delivery (PO aim for two days 2nd class and one day 1st class).
Damage in transit:
If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
Incorrect goods:It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
Non-deliveries:We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date.
